2016-17 Benefits Overview
Our Oxford/United Healthcare HSA/EPO Freedom Network Plan gives our employees access to a large bank of healthcare providers in the Oxford Network. Our plan helps cover the cost of routine check-ups, prescription medicine, emergency hospital visits, etc. All of our employees are encouraged to enroll in our FSA plan to maximize this benefit and offset some of the deductible costs.
We offer our employees an added benefit of electing select supplemental benefits through Aflac to enhance their medical coverage.
Public Prep covers the cost of dental insurance through United Healthcare for every employee. The dental plan provides complete preventative coverage to help you and your family avoid future dental problems. It will also allow you and your family to receive major restorative and orthodontic dental care if and when the need arises. Our United Healthcare Network provides in and out of network coverage with a maximum benefit of up to $1,500 per family member, per year.
Vision care with United Healthcare offers you and your family a benefit that covers all routine eye care, including eye exams and eyeglasses (lenses & frames) or contacts.
